Most software companies are familiar with having remote teams and employees. However, for us at Sonora Software, our entire culture was built around coming to the office, collaborating, and working side-by-side. In the midst of a Global Pandemic, we had to shift gears and create workspaces at home to keep our prized employees safe and healthy. The mission was successful, and our entire staff, of close to 100 people, was up and running, at home, in just a few days.
